HONOR

  Honor YOURSELF! Honor how you feel in each moment. Ask. How do I feel right now? How do I want to feel going forward and for the rest of the day? You get to design your day. You get to set the tone for your day. You get to choose how things will align in your world. Honor what is right for you and what’s not. Release any judgement by knowing that what is right for you may not be what is right for another. Notice is there is a fear of being alone by choosing something different than the group. And then know, it’s just a fear, it’s not the truth.  The truth is that you are never alone. By honoring what you need and what you want is you are validating and healing yourself. Honor the people you love ❤. Allow them to be them. Honor that they have a point of view and that it’s always an interesting point of view. Honor your body, your being, and your space by asking what it needs to feel the way you want to feel. Honor the past…and then release it. Honor the future…get excited about what you can create.  You can create now, or tomorrow, or next month, or in the next year. Honor the present…this is the gift! In Health and Healing,
