In my last couple of posts, I’ve talked about how great it can be to cleanse the body on a physical level with diet and exercise and how acupuncture serves to cleanse on a mind, body, and spirit level – the ultimate trifecta.
In Part 3, I will offer up the importance of addressing our spirit so to receive a monumental healing experience. This means, major internal cleansing. And, when we attend to the spirit, the mind and body will benefit tremendously – it just happens, it follows suit (or spirit)!
Meditation will enable you to clean up the clutter in your space, in your body, and in your life. Meditation will make more room in your body for your true self by clearing out old habits and patterns. Practicing meditation will reveal a new perspective on what you desire and what you deserve. The meditation tools I’ve learned and use everyday have made such an impact in my life that I am so freaking excited to share them with you. These amazing meditation techniques are simple and effective. They are so spot on and truly can change your life. They changed my life by bringing me peace in times of struggle and by bringing me clarity in times of overwhelm. The coolest part about it is that it’s all information we already know – but have forgotten. Just as my teacher reminded me, I’m so excited to remind you about your own remarkable internal wisdom that you can bring to light so that you experience the life that you want.
